AAMI Summer 2026: “Building Skills, Building Futures”

This summer, the young men of Communities In Schools of Greater Greensboro’s African-American Male Mentoring Initiative (AAMI) spent their break doing more than just relaxing — they were [building skills / exploring career paths / strengthening bonds], thanks to [Summer Camp / bootcamp] programming that kept them engaged, growing, and connected.

Looking Ahead
As the boys head back to school this fall, the lessons and relationships built this summer will continue to support their growth throughout the school year. CISGG remains committed to surrounding AAMI students with a community of support — in the classroom and beyond.
